

Celebrating Pepsico's Frontline Employees
BOL worked with PepsiCo on their annual Global CEO Conference for AMESA (Asia, Middle-East, South Africa) region. A major theme for the conference was “Elevating the Experience of Frontline Employees”. We were asked to present this idea in a way that would inspire action.
Based on Real-life Heroes
BOL created 6 unique characters, each one of them was inspired from the stories of actual employees from different regions
A Journey through their journies
The stories for all the 6 characters were narrated by way of a stop-motion based animated film, which was played out on a screen
Becoming a part of the story
At the end of the film the leaders were shown agraphic which had 6 different QR codes hidden in it, one for each character. Pointing your phone to the image would randomly pick and scan one of the QR codes and take you to a URL.
Taking Action...
Each QR code lead to page that showed a list of actions that they could take for that character.
A life transformed
Based on the action that the leaders selected a small follow-up story of the character played out on their mobile screen which highlighted how a small action transformed their life.
